Meet Othesha Nash
Compassionate, personalized mental health care for high-functioning women seeking clarity, calm, and confidence.
I’m a dual-certified nurse practitioner in family and psychiatric medicine, and I specialize in helping high-functioning women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or mentally drained reconnect with clarity and calm.
I understand how difficult it can be to appear “fine” on the outside while silently struggling internally. Many of the women I work with are successful, responsible, and deeply caring but privately feel anxious, burnt out, overstimulated, or disconnected from themselves.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and deeply personalized. I believe mental health care should feel supportive, collaborative, and safe not rushed or impersonal.
Together, we work to better understand your experiences, identify what’s contributing to your symptoms, and create a thoughtful treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
My Philosophy of Care
I believe mental health care should focus on the whole person not just symptoms alone.
Every individual has unique experiences, stressors, emotional needs, and goals. Because of that, I take a personalized approach that prioritizes listening, collaboration, and meaningful support.
My goal is to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being honest about what you’re experiencing without fear of judgment.
Healing and growth take time, and you deserve care that feels intentional, supportive, and centered around your well-being.

Why I Do This Work
I’m passionate about helping women feel supported, understood, and empowered through every stage of their mental wellness journey.
